Our elevator and gate lock down at 11pm. If you have not excited by 11pm you Will be locked in the facility and must call the non-emergency police line (360) 825 – 3505 to be let out.

Are There Any Restrictions On What I Can Store In My Unit?
  • Perishable items: Food (canned, packaged, or fresh) and beverages, including bottled water, are not allowed due to the risk of spoilage and pest infestations.
  • Living Things: No animals, plants, or any other living organisms may be stored in the unit.
  • Illegal Items: Stolen property or any other items obtained through illegal means are strictly forbidden.  Illegal substances, including drugs or paraphernalia, cannot be stored.
  • Hazardous or Flammable Materials: Gasoline, propane, kerosene, oil, or other fuels; fireworks, explosives, or other incendiary devices; toxic chemicals or substances that pose a safety risk.
